This Agreement provides you with the terms and conditions governing the

We are not responsible for the content of any website. The Client is
responsible for the views expressed on each page. Read these terms
carefully. If any material submitted conflicts with these terms, we reserve
the right to not post the said webpage on the site. Possible infringements
that may cause a site not to be posted or deletion of the said website,
include, but are not limited to:
Illegal or unethical business practices or services.
Exploited images of children under 18 years of age.
Material that is grossly offensive, including clear
expressions of bigotry, racism, or hatred.

held in strict confidence. We will not release the name or
personal information about a Client without the permission
of said Client.
The Client agrees that he/she is using the site entirely
at his/her own risk. Content is not our responsibility. We
provide the design on an "as is" basis without warranties of
any kind expressed or implied. Therefore, neither we nor a
third-party content provider, if used, may make any warranty
with respect to content, information, products, and/or
services provided through or in conjunction with the site.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, correctness, or
completeness of any information on the site and are not
responsible for:
Errors or omissions arising from the use of such
information.
Failures, delays, or interruptions in the delivery of any
content or services contained within the site.
Losses or damages arising from the use of the content or

The Client agrees to hold us blameless against any and
all claims and expenses, including attorney's fees arising
from the Client's use of the site. This includes any invalid
or unlawful material contained within the Client's home
page. It is the Client's responsibility for any and all
liabilities arising from the violation or infringement of
proprietary rights or copyrights.
We may terminate WebPages and any or all information,
communications, postings, etc., without notification, for
instances of conduct that violate this agreement or other
policies or guidelines set by this company.
These Terms and Service conditions constitute the entire
agreement between the involved parties with respect to the
Client. The subject matter contained herein supercedes any
other agreement, proposal, and communications, written or
oral, between ourselves and the Client. It is our right to
amend this agreement at any time with notice to the Client
as published on this site.
